You deserve to do something meaningful for yourself each week. Our sessions are more than just a work out or a stretch. Yoga is about connection and holistic wellness which involves your mind and heart as well as your physical body.

Our work together will inspire your practice through one-on-one attention and the ability to dive deeper into breathwork, yoga philosophy and your own personal anatomy for a more layered and personal experience.

Each session is designed to challenge you to rise up to your fullest potential with a tone of self-connection and self-compassion. 

Our sessions are tailored to your needs and draw influence from the following styles:

  • Vinyasa (movement and flow based, can be gentle or vigorous)

  • Yoga Sculpt/Yoga Sweat (with or without weights vinyasa class incorporating fitness elements for a full-body mindful workout; active, sweaty)

  • Yin (gentle, meditative, deep stretch - you won't break a sweat)

  • Prenatal (specifically designed for pregnant bodies)

  • Adaptive/Chair (adapted for injuries, disabilities, beginners)

  • Reiki (touch optional energy healing)

How does this go?

First, schedule a time for us to call you. We'll consult on the phone to make sure we're the right fit.

Next, we schedule an introductory session. We'll assess your needs and explore what you're looking for in a yoga practice.

From there, we create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week, with yoga sessions that are perfectly tailored to your body and your life.

Private Yoga Online

For our online sessions, we typically use Zoom so we can connect face-to-face from anywhere in the world. This is a great option if you are outside the Los Angeles area or prefer to practice physical distancing and not have someone come into your home.

 

What you’ll need:

  • yoga mat

  • yoga props (It is recommended to have 2 yoga blocks and a strap with optional yoga bolster and blanket. However, you can make do with household items.)

  • a device such as a laptop, tablet or cell phone with camera and audio capabilities that can be moved so that the teacher can see you

  • a Zoom account or Zoom app

 
 

Private Yoga in Person

Our in-person sessions provide a safe alternative to going in studio without going online. Masks can be worn for safety as well as 6 foot distance.

We service the following neighborhoods:

North Hollywood | Hollywood | Valley Village | Studio City | Sherman Oaks | Toluca Lake | Burbank | Glendale | Van Nuys | Encino

 

What you’ll need:

  • a yoga mat

  • yoga props (It is recommended to have 2 yoga blocks and a strap with optional yoga bolster and blanket. However, you can make do with household items.)

  • a space in your home or outdoors where you can practice comfortably
